In fact, it was awarded the City of Culture in 2017 and hosted many events and spectacles for all to see, with the theme throughout of showing people from all over what Hull is all about. Residing in Hull are many cultural attractions including the Maritime Museum, Ferens Art Gallery, The Deep, Queen’s Gardens and much more. Hull, located next to the famous Humber Bridge – which was the world’s longest single-span suspension bridge for several year, offers the perfect location for our North East and East Yorkshire candidates to access high quality training services.

Our safety training centres in Hull ensure all local residents have access to high quality and affordable health and safety training qualifications allowing them to carry out their job and learn new skills.

We provide IOSH training courses in Hull for both IOSH Managing Safely and IOSH Working Safely. Our Working Safely Course is for people at any level, in any sector and includes content on defining hazards and risks, identifying common hazards and improving your safety performance. IOSH Working Safely is important as it highlights and creates understanding around the significance of safety whilst working – it isn’t intended to turn delegates into safety experts but will show you how to make a real difference to the wellbeing of yourself and your other employees.

Worried about time? No need, our course is a quick one-day session packed with interactivity, animations and streamlined learning to give you the knowledge you need in the most effective manner. All of our IOSH Managing Safely courses will be accredited through IOSH and receive a completion certificate and can be taken in our Hull training centre – so no need to travel far.

Our IOSH Managing Safely course is designed for those with a requirement to manage health and safety within their workplace. It will teach and improve your understanding of the legal, moral and financial reasons for ensuring costs associated with fines, compensation claims or accidents are kept to a minimum. If you’re working to manage risk and resources within your organisation – this is the course for you. The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 requires all employees can provide a safe place to work and our IOSH Managing Safely course gives you the knowledge to comply with this act. The course is taken across 3 days monthly within our Hull training centre.

Our CITB (CSkills Site Safety Plus) courses offer a wide range of knowledge and accreditations for those looking to improve their skills and productivity in construction – giving you a competitive edge in your industry. We provide many different CITB courses in Hull including HASA (Health and Safety Awareness), SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) and; SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) courses. We also provide SSSTS refresher courses and SMSTS refresher courses for those that have completed the respective courses within the last 5 years and still have site management responsibilities.

All of these courses can be completed in our safety training centres in Hull.
